Scope of Services. Through this Site, Olguin Services LLC markets and arranges Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Nightclub Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Residential Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://olguinservicesllc.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Olguin Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
As-Is Basis. https://olguinservicesllc.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Olguin Services LLC makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Olguin Services LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Olguin Services LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MO, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MO.
